Thank you for becoming a vendor for the 4th Annual
Salt Lick Bluegrass Festival at the beautiful Paroquet Springs Conference
Centre located in Shepherdsville, KY.
Our festival’s goal is to provide our local families
and aspiring musicians exposure to the bluegrass music industry.
The main focus is to continue to provide good wholesome family
entertainment by showcasing Kentucky’s proud musical
heritage.
We hope you have a successful and enjoyable experience. Event

PLEASE BE READY BEFORE OUR GUESTS ARRIVE, IF POSSIBLE!!
Event Duration: February 15 and 16,
2013
12 noon to 10 PM each day
Doors open promptly at 11:15 AM each day
Centre Occupancy: 1300
Number of tables: 1ea. 6 foot table provided
Booth size: 8 x 8 (space can be doubled [8x16] & double
per day fees apply - limited availability)
Booth Rental: $30 per day
Number of chairs: 2 chairs per vendor space
Table & cover: 1 provided
Vendor Pass: 2 vendor passes (armbands) will be provided for
each booth
Electricity: $5.00 per day (VERY limited AND is granted on first
come, first served basis)

The Vendor Participation and Needs Form along with a liability
waiver agreement (agreement, waiver and release) as well
as a Vendor Agreement for Special Events form are available
for download from our festival website. All forms and payment
must be POSTMARKED no later than OCTOBER 31, 2012. You
may email copies of your completed forms or you may mail
them if you prefer. Payment may be made via check, money
order or credit/debit card. Please make all checks or money
orders to Salt Lick Bluegrass Festival.
